A resource pool (Namespace) is a kind of resource used to create a virtually partitioned environment within a cluster. It allows users to isolate and organize different resources within the same cluster for better management and scheduling of applications.

Basic Information

Resource Quota

  • CPU (Core): Limits the maximum value of CPU resources that a workload instance (Pod) under the namespace can request. The unit is “core”.

  • Memory (GiB): Limits the maximum value of memory resources that a workload instance under the namespace can request. The unit is GiB.

  • Instance (Pod): Limits the maximum number of instances that can be created under the namespace.
